Andrew is a member of PIFA (Professional Independent Financial Advisors), a CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant), and registered tax agent. He is an authorised representative of Independent Financial Advisers Australia (IFA-AUST) (holder of Australian Financial Services Licence), and he has over 25 years of experience in the financial planning industry. Andrew served in the RAAF full-time for 11 years and is still an active reservist, culminating in over 20 years of service. This broad experience allows him to provide financial planning expertise in a variety of industries and to understand the unique decisions that ADF members need to make regarding their finances. He is also listed on the ADF Financial Consumer website.
Andrew has the qualifications, skills and knowledge to support clients in making the most of their financial situation. Andrew can provide support and relevant information to help you make good financial decisions to benefit you, your family and your business.

Trisha has been married to Andrew for over 30 years. She has nearly 15 years of experience in the education sector. Her valuable skills in sharing knowledge, supporting skill development and organising schedules are themes in common with both industries. Trisha works on a very casual basis as needed around the office supporting both staff and clients.

Bec has been a member of the Instructant team since 2024, when she joined while completing her Master of Professional Accounting. Her focus is fulfilling tax returns and BAS requirements, and she uses her previous experience with IT and programming to make the most of the role. She previously completed a Bachelor of Music, and still regularly plays in classical ensembles around Adelaide in her spare time.

Chelsea has been working for Instructant since January 2023, and she handles the administration and IT side of business operations. She comes from a healthcare and language background, having degrees in Nursing, Japanese and Linguistics, and always enjoys learning something new. In her spare time, she figure skates and enjoys baking and cake decorating.
